Anna: Daddy!
Joe: Anna! [runs to Anna and hugs her] You okay? You okay?
Anna: Yeah.
Joe: You okay?
Anna: Yeah. yeah. [stops hugging Joe and looks him in the eye]
Joe: Sure you're okay? Huh? You alright?
Anna: Is that bad man gone?
Joe: Yeah. Yeah, the bad man is gone. [Anna smiles] Okay? Anna, you're safe with me now, okay? You're safe with me.
Anna: Yeah.
Joe: Alright Anna? [Anna nods] Okay. Let's get outta here.

Jennifer: Oh my God. How is she?
Joe: Ah, she's alright. You're okay, right?
Anna: [nods] Yeah.
Joe: Yeah. She's okay.
Joe: Anna, this is Jennifer.
Anna: Hi.
Jennifer: Hi.
Joe: And Jennifer, this is my daughter Anna. (to Anna) What is it?
Anna: Where are we?
Joe: I will tell you the whole story later, okay?
Anna: Okay.
Joe: Right now I just have one last thing to do, and then we gotta go.
[Anna nods]
Joe: Okay. Just stay right here. [starts walking toward motel room door]
Jennifer: What are you doing?
Joe: Trying to put an end to this.
[Joe puts key in lock and opens door, then throws the key inside. The room looks as it did in 1961. He closes the door. He opens the door again, the key is gone and there is many years of dirt and debris where it was. Joe and Jennifer exchange glances. Joe closes the door.]
Joe: Let's go.
Anna: Where are we going?
Joe: Someplace far away from here.
[Jennifer and Anna get into the car]
Jennifer: You okay?
Anna: Yeah.
